You can use Front Page (or any html) and upload your own pages, or do it the easy way and make use of their templates. (That's what we are doing) You are somewhat limited how many pages you can have before additional charges set in. Everything you see on our site is included for the low fee of $95 per year - which includes the domain name.
If you plan to offer a newsletter ezine and you want unlimited space without any extra fees, you may want to consider Site Build It . This is the hosting company that Senior Approved Services uses. You can upload your own html pages or use the easy templates. It includes a free ezine mailing system, templates, unlimited number of pages, domain name, unlimited number of domain based email addresses, free search engine submit, and much much more! This one is more expensive, but you do not have the need to purchase other services along the way. Right now the price is $300 per year.
